In IAM since my early days, passionate and always "all about" something, the idea of responding as a team to the growing needs of customers was anchored in me for years.

All that remained was to find the best way to do it, and what better way than doing it with other passionate people to make your dreams come true, because If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.

After realizing that we were all looking in the same direction, PRIZM was the obvious choice !

Since the beginning of my career, I have been passionate about helping companies to optimize themselves.

In the identity and access management domain, I had the chance to meet my first professional challenges 15 years ago.
​
Since then, I have noticed that the challenges arising from the integration of IAM in companies were growing and were requiring more and more analysis, efficient solutions and a global vision of organizations.
​
The 4 of us are committed to providing concrete answers to our customers and to sharing what drives us and we are committed to the PRIZM adventure !

During my career, I have had the chance to discover many contexts on the subject of identity and access management with clients, each one more fulfilling and enriching than the other.
Thanks to these experiences, I first wanted to fly on my own before the desire to share knowledge/experience and the will to go further together caught up with me !

From my youngest age, I've been passionate about IAM, which is, for me, a very enriching and passionating cybersecurity subsidiary on all functional, technical, human and security issues.

I had the occasion to discover different contexts, identities and access management, especially the major compagnies of retail.
​
Curious and volunteer, during those experiences, I noticed the importance and the real benefits of IAM in compagnies, in terms of security and contribution at the collaboration for the collaborators.
​
So, because of this observation and my empathic personnality, it was obvious for me to go as a consultant into identities and access management, to bring an innovative vision, modern, and dynamic.
After realizing the strength of teamwork and the sharing of knowledge and experience, that I joined the PRIZM adventure, in sight of realizing this career project, while sharing it with passionates like me.

My recent professional background and my academics, strongly imbued with legal sciences, drive me to be in constant research of fairness, balance and equity. The specific changes in labour ways and the progress in varied social norms, driven by an professional idealization dynamic, leave a lot of food for thoughts.
I quickly develop an appetite for social issues related to the working world and human resources management.
Today completely invested in human resources, I believe in the opportunity to build a working world imprinted with humanist values, but also benevolent and efficient and enabling everyone to be fully fulfilled at work.
With these goals in mind, I decided to commit to the PRIZM Adventure as HR Officer.

As someone who has worked with information systems in academia as well as industry, I appreciate the need for proper management of identity and access.
I find myself fascinated by IAM, as it exists at the crossroads of several critical areas of cybersecurity.

But IAM is not just about technology; it’s about people.
As IAM consultants, we are uniquely poised to not only learn a client’s technical requirements, but also get a full sense of their company philosophy. As such, we can custom-tailor solutions to fit a client’s needs.

The result is that no two days at PRIZM are the same. We are constantly mastering new technologies and imagining how best to apply them!

As a recent graduate, my professional career began with a work-study program specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM), offering in-depth immersion in this critical domain.
This experience enabled me to acquire practical skills and a deeper understanding of the security challenges associated with accounts.
My commitment to this work-study program has given me a real appetite for the field of identity and access management (IAM). I'm motivated to use my newly acquired knowledge to contribute proactively to broader IAM projects.
In joining PRIZM, I was attracted by its reputation for excellence in IAM and its commitment to innovation. This opportunity allows me to continue broadening my skills in a dynamic and stimulating environment.
My aim is to strengthen my expertise in information systems security while adding significant value to the team and its projects.

During my higher education, I discovered the field of cybersecurity. It's a field that really interested me, and I became more and more passionate about it.
I then developed skills more in the area of offensive cybersecurity. But after my studies, I felt the need to explore the different aspects that make up cybersecurity.
That's when I discovered the field of IAM.
This field, which manages to form an essential bridge between the technical aspects of cybersecurity and the concrete business issues that companies face on a daily basis. The integration of IAM principles in companies can then reinforce their security posture while optimizing their operational processes, which I find exciting.

Since forever, my interest for computer sciences has guided my choices, urging me to pursue a master's in cybersecurity. My journey reflects my constant desire to understand the challenges of this field and to take on new ones.
Joining the amazing team at Prizm has been an exceptional opportunity! Every day, they generously share their knowledge, helping me to progress in my early stages with IAM.
What fascinated me about IAM is its perfect balance between simplicity and complexity. Protecting a company's identities might seem simple at first glance, but the thoughtful technical dimension and the setup of all parameters immediately appealed to me in the world of identity management. It's this unique blend of accessibility and stimulating challenges that sparked my interest in IAM.
There's still so much to discover in this exciting field, and I am determined to successfully navigate the PRIZM journey.

Since I was young, I have been passionate about the world of computing as a whole; it was clear to me that it would be my future profession.

Now coming out of a BTS SIO (Higher Technician Certificate in Computer Services to Organizations), I was looking for a company to continue my studies. During my interviews, I discovered PRIZM and the world of IAM (Identity and Access Management).
PRIZM has given me the desire to learn and to know this fascinating field. Being little known and not part of the study program, I set myself the challenge of learning alongside them and growing with them.

Today, I am now in my third year of higher education with the goal of earning my master's degree and becoming a computer engineer specializing in Cybersecurity.

As soon as I started working in cybersecurity, IAM was a subject that attracted me.
I wanted to know how entities managed to gain access to resources and how, on the cybersecurity side, we managed to protect our secrets.
This curiosity followed me through my training as a developer, then thanks to my master's degree in cybersecurity, I was able to dig deeper into the subject.
Once I had my degree, I first became interested in governance, and then, following various experiences, I turned to PRIZM to return to my original curiosity. I was then able to enrich my knowledge in this fascinating field and link it to governance.
